Kyokushin Karate, also known as "The Ultimate Truth" (極真) is a hard style of full-contact Karate. Invented and made famous by bullfighting Korean-Japanese Karate Master Masutatsu Oyama 大山倍達. It is one of the most respected and practiced styles of Karate, rooted in a philosophy of self-improvement, discipline and hard training.
